“From the start the information was given in a professional manner and they were friendly on the phone answering all questions fully and when I phoned back they remembered my details and me straight away. They are not as expensive as some car hire firms, but the price didn’t affect the service. Confirmations of payments and the itinerary for the day were sent promptly and the paperwork was easy to understand! They were keen for us to see the car in person, and went out of their way to try and arrange this for us, as we don’t drive. A confirmation from them regarding the arrangements was sent just before the wedding and said how they were looking forward to helping us on our big day. It was worded in a lovely more personal manner and very nice to receive. On the day our driver, Jo, was lovely, calming, professional and with three trips to the church, for six bridesmaids, a pageboy, father and stepmother of the bride and the bride herself she was great. The time she took to help me get into the car in a 'dress appropriate' way was much appreciated. After the church the way she looked after myself and my new husband on our champagne drive was impeccable, chatty but not intrusive! She was supportive of the photographer, helping him to get some good shots. The little keepsake cork from the bottle was charmingly packaged with a good luck note, a lovely momento. All in all Brilliant and recommended!”

They ensured my dress was kept clean by laying a mat out to get in and out of the car. They provided mints, tissues and a mirror all in pretty bags in the back for my father and I to use.
